Delivery Policy

Porvair Filtration Group Ltd. use FedEx as our preferred courier, but may choose another courier in certain circumstances. Every effort will be made to deliver on your chosen date, but the exact delivery date are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. All orders cannot be delivered at specific time and will be delivered during the working day. Deliveries are not available at weekends or bank holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

In general, product(s) will be shipped within 3 working days from placing an order with us, but we reserve the right to extend this processing time on large orders and in exceptional circumstances. Orders will be dispatched by our next day standard delivery service. At the point of sale delivery prices will be dynamically calculated based on the current rates provided by the carriers, please be aware that at certain times of the year these prices may vary.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that we have your full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be during the estimated delivery period, delivery will be via third party courier and in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full.

Upon delivery the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your order please call 01978 661144 if you are calling from the UK or Europe, 804 550 3262 if you are calling from the USA  or email: sales@chromatrap.com.  You must notify us 24 hours before the day of dispatch otherwise we will be unable to action your request.

Returns Policy

Should the product(s) arrive damaged or incomplete, you can return it for a full refund or replacement product(s). You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or incomplete product(s) and the goods must be dispatched for next day delivery within this 24 hour period.

When returning non faulty goods you must do so within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). The item(s) must be in its original condition with the seal(s) intact or we will be unable to issue a refund. There will be a non negotiable restocking charge of £35/$56 per complete product box.

Before returning any product(s) back to us you must contact a Chromatrap^® technical representative. You must give your order number, name, company, address, telephone number, email address and the reason for returning the item(s). Once you have received approval to return the item(s) please dispatch, with next day delivery, to:

Porvair Filtration Group Ltd are not responsible for ANY shipping cost incurred while returning or exchanging products, for any reason other than a damaged or incomplete product(s). Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If Porvair Filtration Group Ltd. accept liability then we will replenish the damaged or incomplete goods, paying for any shipping costs incurred on the replacement item(s).

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
